Sainik Public School in its quest for excellence aims at lighting the fire  inherent in every child. A SPS can be singled out of the crowd by his demeanour & deportment He/She is a true ambassador of the school.

           We at Sainik Public School try to explore the innate potential of a child as we believe every child by nature is inquisitive and adventurous. He/She wishes to soar above the skies and fathom deep down the seas. For leading to such exploration and discoveries, a child needs a teacher, who lends him/her a helping hand in finding the right path. Who he/she can share his/her heart with.

            Sainik Public School provides the right ethos and ambience for a child to grow independently by way of a wide networking of multifarious co-curricullar and sports activities as asupplement to the academic curriculam. Introduction

Sainik Public School, an English Medium Co-education day school, is set in a lush green environment- pollution free & serene surroundings on the outskirts of Barabanki.Sainik Public School,caters to the needs of Primary & Secondary level. In due course of time i.e. every year the up-gradation would continue simultaneously to the level of 10+2 under the CBSE norms.

Academics Programmes

Primary Section

Teaching Aids

A unique, innovative fun-filled child ware program specially designed by Experts, Introducing young children from nursery onwards to the exciting & Fascinating world of computer software.
Activity Hours
The school has a large activity room, well little takes Educational play systems and other toys & games for pre-primary children, to Develop their creative facilities. Park equipment has been provided for pre-primary & primary school children.
Exploring Horizons (Kids Corner)
Newly added to the pre-primary section in a multipurpose concept, a ball pool, theatre, mini library (worksheet made by teachers) & self expression corner. This also provides facilities for hi-tech audio-visual viewing & educational games & equipments for motor skills & muscular development.
Middle School
This Section is the first step into the senior section. All the basic concepts learn here from the foundation of a student's knowledge. Therefore, the syllabus is carefully planned to ensure a through learning through an integrated & home based approach. The specially designed classroom with their colourful furniture, make a happy & cheerful learning environment for the students. A modern & fully equipped computer room with colour monitors & printers, enables the students to browse the Internet for their project work.
Activities
Numerous activities are pursued by the student under the able guidance of Trained members of the staff. These activities are computers, interactive games & puzzles, Indian dance, western dance, Indian music, theatre, library, organised games, Art & Craft, story telling, computer quiz, Maths quiz, EVS quiz and Science quiz.
Secondary School
The school endeavors to expose the public to a wider spectrum of knowledge through project work, audio-visual aids & first hand experience. The school is planning to provide best coaching facility to their students to prepare for various competitive exams.
Hobbies
Beside the scholastic achievement we endeavour to develop our students personal & self management skills by introducing the hobbies such as gardening, painting, clay modelling, etc. The hobby classes provide them thrills of making a variety of things such as thumb painting waste management etc. & learn the nuances of dance in Kathak.
Personality Development
A well round personality is the hall mark of a successful person good morning is the fastidious art of taking care of oneself and of being immaculately neat from head to toe, whereby everything is used with discrimination and taste. Science and Mathematics labs

The school has well equipped and spacious science labs to give practical training and demonstration in various aspects of science. Efforts are under way to build up a Mathematics and Social Science for more effective teaching of the subjects.

Computer Lab

To keep pace with the present Computer age and to prepare the students technologically for the future.The school has a bug computer lab where students from std.I onwards are given preliminary exposure to the exciting "World of Computer."

Activity Room cum Theatre

A specially created room with a wide collection of educational toys, videos-audios cassettes, cds, indoor games, rockers & swings of abiding interest to the pre-school toddlers & Primary Section.

Library

The school has got approx 1500 books in its library in English/Hindi on various topics & subjects Viz Literature , G.K. books, story books, novels, autobiographic, bio-graphics, fiction, religion, philosophy, education, fine arts medicines sports games and reference books in various subjects. Students are free to select the books of the their choice. The school also subscribes to journals in addition to important daily newspapers. Students are encouraged to read books & magazines etc. during their free periods of library periods which is the part of the time-table.

House System

There are four house Purity House (Blue), Modesty House (Green), Honesty House (Red) in the school. Every students on admission is placed in one of these houses. Each house is headed by one boy & one girl as house captains. A teacher is deputed as a house representative or house master. Competition of pre-primary, primary and junior are organised on Saturday as sports, G.K. elocution dramatics debates quiz, recitation, story telling prizes trophies are awarded accordingly in addition to a running trophy to a champion house of the year.

School Magazine

From last session i.e. 2010-2011 we are starting our first edition of our school magazines i.e. "UDAAN" to enable the students to express their versatile talents in various forms.

Admission to Our School

Admission to any class is governed by the rule that the students must have attained the age of 5 before he/she enters class 1st in April. A proper Birth- certificate or transfer certificate must be submitted at the time of admission. In case of Inter state transfer the certificate must be curter signed by the Educational authority of the State concerned.

Parent And The School

You are your child's first and most important educator. At Sainik Public School we value and appreciate the important role you have to play in supporting your child in developing a positive attitude to school & learning. Studies have prove that children learn best when home and school work in partnership. At Sainik Public School  we offer a wide range of opportunities for parents to actively participate in supporting their children at school. School can't educate children alone. We need your support.

Parent-Teacher Meetings

The school periodically organises Parent-Teacher meetings where interactions are conducted on child education & child welfare. Attendance of all the parents at such meeting is necessary.

About Admission

Admission To Our School

Withdrawl

Withdrawal from any class must be proceeded by a clear one calender month's notice (0 days) of intent to withdrawal in writing or a months fee in lieu of notice. All dues have to be cleared before a Transfer Certificate can be issued. No Transfer Certificate is issued if the child is withdrawn without prior notice. In respect of withdrawal in may the fee for June will also be charged.

Document to be produced at the time of admission

• The birth certificate of the student issued by the Municipal board/Town area committee/Pradhan Of Gram Panchayat/ Hospital.

• Latest progress report card of the student except for pre-nursery & nursery.

• T.C. if the child was already studying in some other institution.

Rules & Regulations

Attendance, Abesence, Fine & Re-admission Fees.

All entries of absence, late coming or half- day leave should be made in the school diary & not on sheets of paper.

1. Every student must be present on the re-opening day after each vocation. 
2. No student can leave the school premises during school hours without the written permission of the principal which may be granted under exceptional circumstances, based on a written request of parents. 
3. Running, playing unauthorized or shouting inside the school building is not allowed. 
4. No collection of money for any purpose, want soever may be made without the prior sanction of the Principal. 
5. During the absence of the teacher from the class, the stuent must obey the perfect or the monitor appointed to maintain good order. 
6. Every pupil must take part in the physical training & games unless declared unfit on medical grands or exempted by the Principal. 
7. Students are expected to speak in English in the school premises. 
8. Student must wear the prescribed school uniform in all school days as well as at school functions. 
9. The Principal has authority to inflict punishment as she deems fit & necessary.
